being an asian girl and standing at 172cm... its constantly been a love hate relationship with it... it never seem to go away... this issue has been buggin me since god knws when... haha.. ya ya... there's both pros and cons to things..
1.
the only few things that makes me feel that being a tall girl is an advantage is work opportunities.. it will be a plus point if employers are looking for tall girls for the job.. cos it increases the chances of me getting the job...
2.
you wouldnt have to worry when u hit a crowded spot... cos being tall means stayin away from all the ambush of chest shoulders and armpits... haha.. get a breath of fresh air!

well this one only applies to me... having this height made me really conscious of how i look... having some extra weight will make feel like a rugby player.. big and beefy... im super self conscious abt tis... u never associate a tall girl as sweet and adorable... its always tall and tough... which girl wants to be called tough all the time?! when especially girls ard are always more petite..

its even more difficult when guys arent that tall too... its reality man.. s'porean guys on the average are not that tall... its not flattering when a girl towers over guys 90 percent of the time... every girl would like to appear compatible to any guy who comes along.. even if its jus making friends...

when im ppl watching.. any guy that i come across.. i will constantly think in my mind "what a pity.." or "too bad"... argh.. give me a break!
the list goes on and on... maybe because im in an environment where majority of girls and guys are smaller... it is what it is... when i have guys tellin me "ur height is ok what..." or hearing "i dun mind taller girls.."
aaahh.. bulls*** lah.. haha...
i guess i need to love myself or rather love my height more..
